Anthony Narine, was recently inducted into the Karate Hall of Fame and named one of the best fighters of all time. Specializing in Goju Combat Karate and Jutsu Karate, Anthony has been mastering his techniques for over 30 years, having learned from some of karate’s most respected instructors. He teaches martial arts and fitness at Fit One Four Life in Massapequa, NY and is also offering his clients a fabulous new health program called, Body By Vi 90 day Challenge with Visalus Sciences.
